Classic Cape Cod cottage perfect for a last minute getaway. Incredible location with the beach, Shining Sea Bike Path, The Knob, and Spohr Gardens all within walking distance! A five minute drive to Falmouth Main Street which offers amazing restaurants and shops. The entry hall leads to a vaulted open-plan living space with fireplace and kitchen/dining area opening to a peaceful (church bells and birdsong) deck overlooking the Mill Pond. Single-floor plan includes three bedrooms and clawfoot tub with shower off the entry hall (two with queen beds (one on tatami mats)/one single) and a sofabed in the living area. An unfinished basement includes a washer/dryer.

Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
