Lambsquay House - Apartment One

Lambsquay House is a beautifully restored 300 year old Georgian Country House, located in the picturesque Forest of Dean, situated between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. A former hotel, it has undergone extensive renovations and is now home to Calico Interiors, a family run interiors/soft furnishing business, occupying the ground and first floor. The second floor has been converted into two self catering apartments with private entrance accessed via a staircase.

Birch Cottage

Set in the Countryside just outside the market town of Thornbury, Birch cottage is moments away from Bristol, Wales and 30 mins to the Cotswolds. Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The Cottage is brand new, fitted to a high standard with its own kitchen, en suite and private gated parking 10 mins from the M4/5. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

Peaceful Stone Cottage among fabulous gardens

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

Ty Nant Treehouse with covered hot tub

As you enjoy the short buggy ride down to the far end of our woodland you will be astounded when you come across our beautiful woodland cabin set in the treetops. You will immediately feel relaxed as you immerse yourself in the surrounding nature. Lounging chairs on the decking provide the perfect place for your morning coffee listening to the birds sing and soak away your stress in the wood fired hot tub then cosy up in front of the log burner and enjoy the tranquility of the woodland.

Enjoy the wildlife view from your king size bed, woodburning stove, additional heating and air conditioning. Relax on the private decking area, outdoor dining with a barbeque and firepit for toasting marshmallows amongst the trees. The mattresses can be brought down from the loft area for younger children. Newly renovated and restored to a very high standard, the cottage has retained its traditional features.It is warm and cosy located in the centre of the popular village of Aylburton. Enclosed rear terrace and secure bike storage. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, having said that, there's a great pub next door. There is also a BBQ and outdoor seating, just a step up from the kitchen to enjoy a morning coffee on the sunny patio.

Cosy Bluebell Pod - Eastwood Glamping

Bluebell Pod is our couples pod, with a double bed and pull out sofa, dining table, living space and a romantic outdoor bathtub with fantastic lake views and views of the farm. Our self catering pods have a kitchenette with induction hobs and a microwave. We also have outdoor seating and a private BBQ for an al-fresco dining experience. Each pod has luxurious décor selected with extra comfort in mind. Near Thornbury, Bristol where you will find lots shops and restaurants.

If you’re looking for that special place look no further. A natural sanctuary in one Britains most famous oak forests, bordering a RSPB reserve. Nagshead Retreat is hidden down a FE track. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy nature and tranquillity, Ideally located to explore all the attractions that the Forest and Wye valley have to offer. Whether it be mountain biking, canoeing, hiking or just a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle, the Retreat provides it all.

It is located on Offas Dyke footpath on a very quiet road, so is great for anyone looking to explore the network of Wye Valley footpaths. Monmouth, Forest of Dean, Bristol, Bath and Cardiff are close enough for day visits. Whatever season you prefer, it's a wonderful place to recharge your batteries and connect with nature.
