Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £60. Continental breakfast first day. Dogs welcome but not to be left unattended in property.

There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

A calm, serene spot ideal for a quiet weekend away. Ideally located for a number of local wedding venues including Wasing Estate, The Old Mill, The Old Rectory, Ufton Court and Silchester Farm. And if you're not in the area for a wedding it's an ideal spot if you're passing through or here for work. The Hinds Head pub is a 2 minute walk, there's a cycle path to Aldermaston station with a direct train link into London, as well as access to the Canal and various cycle routes around the county.

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

Our cottage is in a great little hamlet in Berkshire and is the perfect location for walking and exploring the countryside and the towns of Newbury and Reading.The cottage itself is open plan and is very light and airy with a modern mediterranean feel to it. It has two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is perfect for a quiet getaway or a busy shopping spree!
