Welcome to Burncoat Pond! Come enjoy the water and all it has to offer while staying in this newly renovated cottage. Open concept living, dining & kitchen. The home offers a full kitchen with microwave, stove, Keurig, coffee maker and refrigerator. One bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a pullout couch in the living room. Bathroom includes a shower, washer & dryer on site. Enjoy grilling, boating and watersports while soaking up the sun or relaxing under the moonlight.

Ready to relax and have fun! Just bring your clothes, everything else is here at this cottage named Tramonto Sul-Lago – Sunset over lake. You and up to 5 guests will enjoy all amenities! You won’t want to miss sunrise either, it creates reflections of nature on the water. Grab a kayak and go for a paddle, set up a yard game, head to the dock with a fishing pole, pull up some chairs to the fire pit (firewood provided). The back yard is a private oasis. Winter offers skating and ice fishing!

“La Casita” is a private waterfront home near Umass medical! Modern 1-2 bedroom home with a Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor and a multi use room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom with a full size futon. There is a 3 season porch with a dining nook which leads out to a big outdoor deck. There are multiple ceiling fans and water toys for renters use. No pets or smokers. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with another home on the lot with small children so calm renters only please.

Relax with family or friends at this little slice of heaven directly on Sunset Lake. The west facing views make the lake live up to its name. We purchased this home in fall 2023 so all furniture, paint and fixtures are relatively new! While this home is outdoor living at its best, we do have WiFi and TV for those who want it. There are 2 kayaks for use as well as a covered hot tub with lake views. You can walk into the shallow water from shore and jump off the dock with ease.

D. Chief's Lodge Cheerful Cabin at the Camp

Year round house: you'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Camp Mishnoah, a former Girl's Club Camp, is undergoing restoration into a wellness retreat. This rental is a stand alone house. A very comfortable queen size bed and a single bed in a separate bedroom, lodge style living room with a vaulted ceiling, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a half bath. Access to the pond and hiking trails. Nearby Sturbridge Village and Tree House Brewery.

Wachusett Mountain Get-Away

This family home is spacious and accommodating for those looking to relax while away from the ski slopes or simply wanting to get away from the city. Situated nearby a plethora of hiking and mountain biking trails, lakes for fishing and paddling, the home is perfect for those craving the great outdoors. The home is 6 min from Wachusett Mountain Ski Resort, 3 min from the Wachusett Brewery, and 1 min from the 1761 Old Mill Restaurant.

Relax on Partridge Pond. Great for paddle boarding and swimming or just hanging out on the deck/dock and grilling.
