You will be close to everything when you stay at this sweet & rustic centrally-located place. It is steps (2 houses) away from the beach, the sound, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more! All kinds of fun to be had without using any gas to get there. This spot filled with personality. It is under my home. The house has a very large porch overlooking the ocean you may take advantage of along with the side patio directly out of the door of the apartment This is a basement apartment in an old home

Great views of Banks Channel from the large front deck. A short walk to the ocean, Johnny Mercer's fishing pier, restaurants and watering holes. Bring your paddle boards (or rent nearby) for easy access to Banks Channel just at the end of the street. Need more space? The downstairs unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and available for bookings also.

Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s. All three units come equipped with full kitchens, full baths, Juliet balconies, washers and dryers, as well as elevated linens and bath products.
