Our beach is never crowded — even in summer; this area is sparsely populated with just one row of houses (& adjacent homes aren't rentals). Contemporary décor. Unobstructed ocean views. Private hot outdoor shower. Home is updated on an ongoing basis. Always something new... :) Note: Airbnb is shifting all fees to hosts in fall 26 & thus asking hosts to raise nightly rates. Top deck has amazing ocean views to the north and south and the living room has great sunrise views. This house is located on the ocean side of the street but our personal house between it and the ocean. Stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is available for guest, shared with lower level tenants and located outside the unit in garage area.
