Ready for a rustic getaway? Our unique rental is located in a working horse barn and wedding venue in the peace and quiet of the country, and less than 5 minutes from I-77! Enjoy your morning coffee on our porch overlooking the rolling hills and pasture fields. Horses do not live in the barn anymore, but in our pasture surrounding the barn. You can enjoy morning or evening walks around the hay field or with a short drive get to the river or new river trail for some outdoor activities!

You have a private dock and jet ski lift with boat cleats for your boat, and it’s a perfect place to kayak and swim. There is also a screened porch with seating and you are about 30 minutes from Virginia Tech and Radford University.

ROKU, DVD player, well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Full bath has shower/tub unit and all linens.
