This amazing home is a great retreat for families and couples alike. This is a welcoming home for people from all backgrounds. You can walk the river path, attend concerts at the Gorge Amphitheater, enjoy wineries, bring your boat, visit the ORV park, enjoy championship golf, visit museums, hike Wahluke slope or simply stay in and enjoy the grounds. May-October the private pool/hot tub is usually all you need. This is my piece of heaven and I hope you love it too. Parties or events not allowed

Centrally located, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, our Desert Aire home is an open and comfortable 1350 square foot house located conveniently to the golf course, boat launch, and tennis courts. Enjoy the sunset over the river, soak in the hot tub, and relax on the large patio! The golf course, driving range and putting green are just steps away. Practice your putting, hit a bucket of balls or play a round of golf on the 18-hole championship course. The boat launch is conveniently located minutes away.

This no non-sense home gets you in Sunland and on the river at a great value. You've never seen stars like you will here, the Milky Way looks like a cloud that stretches across the sky. Smores around the firepit in the backyard are sure to be a hit with young and old. The front deck is always drenched in sun and boasts an amazing view the basalt canyon walls. This comfortable home won’t disappoint. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful, charming, adorable, cheerful oasis. We have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful swimming pool. It's right along the water so the view is amazing. We have swimming pool floaties and a barbecue in the garage. Have the best time!
