The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Hot tub pending repair. Layout: Studio style, 2 Lofts- storage & lounge. Well water, star link internet, Roku . Bring your boat(s)/ sxs/ atvs. We are located 15 mins to Lake Rousseau, Gulf, Three Sisters Springs, & Rainbow River. In the country. One cottage is long term rental and not available.

The Rustic Bear Cabin is located in Crystal River on 1.16 acre, surrounded by woods & close to the Springs. Very cozy and relaxing. Drink your coffee on the porch, listen to the birds, hang out in the hammock or by the firepit, spy on deers, play with our rustic barrel arcade game, some pingpong, cornhole or dartboard. The Gulf of Mexico is accessible via Crystal River located just across the Salt River from the condo. Wonderful seafood restaurants and activities, such as kayaking, snorkeling, swimming with the manatees, scalloping, biking, golfing, saltwater and freshwater fishing are all available nearby. A public beach is located 4 miles from the condo.

Majestic cabin on Fort Brook Farm

Get away from it all when you camp under the stars on our beautiful little farm. Our cabin is a bedroom with queen size bed and a sleeping loft that is a twin. Bring a sleeping bag for loft. This air conditioned and heated cabin has a little extra. There’s a sink, fridge, and a coffee maker with pods in the kitchenette. There’s a great fire pit that also is a grill. We have chairs and table to sit by your camp fire. The restroom and showers are separate. There is not a half bath in the cabin.

Located within minutes to world class fishing, golfing, the famous Ellie Schiller's wildlife state park, hiking trails, biking trails, the Peace caves, manatee tours and our local monkey celebrities! Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

Located in Rio Vista which has it’s own private gated 3 acre park on the Rainbow River! The park has bathrooms, pavilions, grills and a boat ramp - so BRING YOUR BOAT! Relax riverside at the private park where you can fish and swim. Park is five minute walk (2 blocks) from the home. Free for guest use are kayaks and paddle boards. They can be transported with the golf cart which has a hitch and kayak trailer. If your vehicle has a hitch you may to use it for other area destinations.
