This is a shared property with the owners living on-site. All guests must be over the age of 18. Please note there are steps to access your accomodation making it unsuitable for anyone whose mobility is restricted. There are three bedrooms and two small bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. There is a combined kitchen/meals/lounge area with A/C, free wifi, and seperate laundry. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and fan heater. Uncovered off-street parking is included. All bedding is included.

Self-contained and fully furnished accommodation in Braddon, some 300m to the City Center and all amenities, with bus stop just across the road. It is also within walking distance to the War Memorial, other museums and even the Parliamentary Triangle. The property is fully and tastefully furnished with 2 Queen beds and new, best one can get, sofa bed. A very spacious and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom; including television, Wi-Fi and Foxtel. Private, secure and easy access with parking.

Separate accommodation attached to family home with own entry and all facilities. Can accommodate up to 4 people with queen bed and 2 single beds.A small breakfast hamper supplied on arrival and you may self cater for balance of stay. Well behaved small canines are welcome ( $50 per stay). Sorry no cats-allergies.$50 for all guests after first two ( including children). Minimum two night stay on long weeks, show times and music festivals. $20 extra for one night stays for other times of year.

The property is in a very handy area close to most of the attractions Canberra has to offer. It has free WiFi & IGA shop 5 min walk. We are also pet friendly, but animals are not allowed on either the bed or sofa, this is no negotiable. I've just had a bad experience with this.
