Located at the Gerakini intersection, with private parking, just 1 hour from Macedonia Airport. The house has insulation, 2 air conditioners, a garden barbecue, an automatic gate, private beach access, a large covered terrace with stunning sea views, exposed wooden beams, Wi-Fi, a spacious garden, TV, fully equipped kitchen, and washing machine.

You will love this two-level home with its two green patios at the front and the back, amazing view of the sea from its spacious balcony, and with a sandy beach on your doorstep. The pool at the back is surrounded by olive trees and lush greenery. It is ideally located for day trips to world-renowned beaches in Chalkidiki and a 45-min ride to Thessaloniki.

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots by the house. We are pet friendly. Everything for dream vacation!
