There is one shared bathroom, a quaint living room and free wifi! Included in this visit is a amazing southern style breakfast with all the fix-ins! Come and enjoy a weekend visit to the Charlotte area and see the ihall of fame or during the warmer season goto the southeast's largest amusement park Carowinds, only a few miles down the road! There is many Restaurants and shops in the nearby Ballantyne area. You can take a short drive to Pineville, NC and hop on the local commuter shuttle for a few dollars and explore all areas of Charlotte without paying for parking and navigating through busy traffic. Ralph's Room comes with a bed, refrigerator, quarter bathroom, recliner, TV, soundbar, and a workstation. Shared spaces include a living room, kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom, and unlimited towels in a shared cabinet. This is NOT a fancy Airbnb listing of a new or remodeled place but a house that already has occupants on the cheap. What this listing does offer is a room and most everything you could need or want while traveling that most don't. We even allow most pets of all kinds.

We live upstairs with a locked door separating us. Patio with table/chairs and yard. We are in the back of a subdivision where it is quiet. (No parties.)
