The cosy space is newly renovated and designed for a perfect home away from home experience. To the rear of the property is a direct footpath to the Pennine Bridle Way. Just a few minutes walk will immerse you in stunning panoramic views where you can take in the wild and rugged beauty of the Yorkshire moors. You won't believe Manchester is so close.

Magical, grade II listed 18th century traditional Lakeland cottage set within 5 acres of woodlands, leading directly to 2 private beaches on Lake Windermere. Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends, families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

The Shoemakers Cottage has undoubtedly one of the best locations in Whitby right at the bottom of the 199 steps tucked in a quiet alley off the cobbled street. A small but cosy romantic cottage over 3 floors close to the harbour, the abbey and very close to Tate Hill Beach. BBQ and picnic basket set provided. Romantic victorian freestanding bath in the main bedroom. Arrival is down the busy cobbled church street. Best location. On-street parking scratch card provided in the W zone 10min walk.

The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

The Smithy at Cross Pipes, Goathland

It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area.
