Only 13 miles to the south ENTRANCE of Yosemite, about 35 miles to Badger Pass ski area, 47 miles to Yosemite Valley and only 3 miles to Bass Lake. Bird and wildlife friendly yard so expect "interesting" surroundings. Eco friendly. People from all walks of life are welcome here. Only 13 miles from the south gate of Yosemite, this beautiful creek side home with a waterfall was once the original art studio home of a well known Yosemite Landscape Artist. Enjoy the openness of the 16 foot ceilings. High Windows flood the main room and bedrooms with light. Sleep to the soothing sound of Nelder creek (just off the deck). The creek which runs year round includes several tributaries, islands and a waterfall.
