Our secluded cabin is surrounded by ancient oak tree forest and all the wildlife that comes with it. It’s so peaceful that you will only hear the river and the birds. Set in 10 acres of our own land for you to explore and easy access to Snowdonia public foothpaths, it’s perfect for those looking to spend some time in nature. The cabin itself features private wood fired hot tub, wet room, underfloor heating, large deck with bbq, kingsize bed, kitchen, living and dining area and a private cinema.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. Get away from the everyday with a break in the mountains of Wales. This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. Set on a family farm, the cabin is a peaceful luxurious retreat with spectacular views of Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay. Cattle graze in open pastures all around. The faint sound of the stream running in the distance that you can wonder down to through the ancient woodland. Enjoy views from Snowdon down the Welsh coast from a king size bed. The warm glow from the fire flickering on the pillow. The large rainfall shower and warmth underfoot from underfloor heating perfect on a cold evening.

Fferm y Bryn (Bryn Farm)

Small self contained SELF CATERING annex attached to owner's farmhouse with it's own private entrance and outside seating area on working family farm with cattle. Approx 4 miles from Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. Good base for outdoor activites in the area like Zip world, Bounce Below etc. with the coasts of Llandudno/Colwyn Bay approx 20 miles from farm. Good base for guests who enjoy being outdoors either walking, cycling or visiting Snowdonia. Car essential due to location. Sorry, no Pets.

Rhiw Goch Cottage is a spacious detached one bedroom stone-built cottage with wood burner dating from the 18th century or earlier. Our guests love the cottage for it's rustic charm and beautiful gardens with secluded glades and viewpoints over the Lledr valley. It's on a quiet hillside surrounded by craggy ancient woodland full of wildlife about 3 miles from Betws-y-Coed, well placed to explore Snowdonia but also well off the beaten track.
