Our family managed apartment house is located in the heart of a very beautiful environment. Our street is very quiet road. The beach is 70 meters away. All leisure activities, beaches, caffe bars, restaurants, shopping possibilities, petrol station, taxi, public transports, as well as the sights can be reached on short ways, so you can also spontaneously make your plans. We are happy to give a tips on leisure activities and cultural highlights of our city Zadar and his beautiful surroundings.

Apartman HELA

Green oasis in the centre of the town. Garden with fruits and vegetables that you can eat. Very quiet and peacefull and it's only a 7 minutes walk to the city center. Also a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. Jogging track, workout spots and an olympic swimming pool are 100 metres away. There is also a park with a creek and playground for kids. The appartment is a 5 minute walk to the sea. Shopping centers are in the area as well. You have a private parking place in the garden.

It is situated in a quiet part of Zadar, 1.8 km from city center and 1.2 km from beach. It is on the ground floor of my private house, so I will be close if you need anything.

Apartman u prizemlju privatne kuće, poseban ulaz. Na raspolaganju velika spavaća soba s izlazom na terasu, dnevni boravak, kuhinja, kupaona. Sam smještaj je malo udaljen od centra grada, 3 km. Najbliža plaža je udaljena 2km. U blizini se nalazi restoran, 3 shopping centra, dječje igralište.
