Spatious apartment with private terrace at seaside

Our guests have at their disposal a spacious first floor of our family home which is renovated in 2020 and includes a spatious terrace with a wonderful view. Our house is located at the waterfront with several restaurants and caffe bars, as well as a supermarket within a two-minute walk. A small beach is right outside, while a more popular beach is 10-minutes walk away. The island offers a natural park, beautiful beaches, a cave etc. while Sali offer rent-a-boat/bike, a night club etc.

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).

Zir Zen is not special for what it has, but for what it doesn't have. There is no electricity, no water, no neighbors, no traffic, no noise... Your photos on social networks will look nice, but whether you will feel that way depends solely on whether you are ready to sacrifice part of everyday comfort. Think! This is not a place for everyone! But really! This is not a place for everyone!

House located first row to the sea(10m)with a beach in front of house, have 5 guests. consists of 2 bedrooms,kitchen and a bathroom with a great view on the sea from the balcony.Possibilty for 5 more guest in apartment next to this in same house. 2 bikes and sunchers ( 5 ) can use guests of house.
