In every bedroom you can find TV and air conditoner. The distance from the beach is about 450 meters, and from apartment trade is not far. To Zadar is 20 minutes by car.

It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.
