Springsland Ridge -shepherds hut incredible view

You won’t forget our beautiful & thoughtfully made shepherds hut, set in the most amazing rural location with panoramic views of Devon hills. Includes : Gas powered shower, and hob, solar 12v electric(usb only) & flushing toilet . Not too far from Dartmoor National Park, and our incredible coastlines. The hut is also set right in the middle of some amazing country walks. Our hut has a minimal but comfy design. Dog friendly on enquiry, depending on suitability, but will incur further cost .

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This brand new barn conversion with one king size bedroom is the perfect retreat. Furnished and finished to a very high standard, this cottage is located in the heart of Devon in the middle of beautiful countryside. Equidistant from the amazing Exmoor and Dartmoor, under an hour to the cathedral city of Exeter and both south and north Devon beaches. The perfect place to relax and unwind. If you require a third/fourth guest it’s a sofa bed.

Sleeps 6 (maximum 4 adults) guests. 2 bedrooms both with king size beds and 2 cosy cabin beds. Beautiful Barn Set In Glorious Devon Countryside

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set within the main courtyard of the old farm, is The Cider Barn. The ground floor living space is open plan, with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Wi-Fi is included, as well as a smart television. The ground floor has two bedrooms; one en-suite with king bed and one with a double bed. There is also the family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Upstairs there is a large bedroom (with loo and sink) and a double and single bed.

Set in the rolling hills of Devon, in the sleepy hamlet of Newbuildings, 2 miles from the village of Sandford with its village shop and two pubs, just 10 minutes from Crediton. A short drive to Dartmoor and 30 minutes to Exeter. Peaceful and quiet location. Lovely walks on your doorstep, with views to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Dark sky at night for those who like to watch the stars. Cosy cottage with wood burning fire, and plenty of charm.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

The Hideaway

Our barn is well situated between London and Cornwall, and is on the cycle route from Land's End to John o' Groats. We offer peaceful, simple accommodation, in a converted barn. The decor is simple, eclectic and stylish, possibly shabby chic. The building is spacious yet intimate , with a comfortable bed, cosy sofa, and a wood burner. The barn is completely separate from the main house where we live, by about 30m. Although we are mostly here, the barn feels very secluded.

The Roost - Luxury Cabin

Escape to our beautifully designed, private luxury cabin nestled in a peaceful corner of our historic farm, ideal for a romantic getaway or peaceful break from the everyday. Step onto your deck and unwind in the sunken hot tub, perfectly positioned to catch sunset views over the rolling countryside. Though you're tucked away in a secluded spot, an award winning gastro pub, The Duck, is just 25 mins walk (or 7 min drive) away and all amenities in Crediton are 10 mins away.

Tannery House Annexe

Idyllically located, near The Two Moors Way and Dartmoor. Ideal for an overnight stop between London and Cornwall. Large accommodation space, peaceful setting surrounded by lovely gardens. Great size bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Large open plan living and kitchen area. Infants of less than two years old welcome, sharing their parents’ bedroom space. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.
