Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Nydningen finder sted på landet, fyldt med natur og god udsigt direkte ud over Arresø. I huset er der entre, bad/toilet med sauna, soveværelse samt et stort køkken/stue med alkove. Fra stue er der adgang til dejlig stor hems. Huset har aircondition og brændeovn. Anneks indeholder værelse med dobbelt seng. Hus og anneks er forbundet af træterrasse og der er udebruser med varmt vand. Soveværelse i huset samt hems og alkove.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
