This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This brand new villa is situated in Gornja Podstrana, a small village on the hill 10km south from Split. It's a peaceful oaza surrounded by unspoiled nature, perfect to take all the stress away. As our guest you will have all the property for yourself, and you can spend your days relaxing in a pool with breathtaking view of Split and islands. Although the house is not near the town center, a 15min drive will get to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy and all the facilites you might need.
