Unique old town apartment, Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

I vores hus 4 km udenfor centrum får du hyggelige rammer med kunstnerisk præg, hvor I kan nyde et ferie og/eller arbejdsophold sammen. Udover huset har vi et orangeri hvor man kan nyde morgenkaffen eller en stille stund. Her er masser smuk natur, højt til loftet og gode faciliteter. Et soveværelse med plads til to, lille hems til to børn eller én voksen. Huset her er skævt og unik og perfekt for dig der vil have naturen, og byens muligheder. Busstop direkte ind til Århus C 15 min Gang fra huset.

Det lille blå hus i skoven

Det lille blå hus i skoven byder på ro og nærvær. Her kan du slå fødderne op eller vandre bakkerne tynde i det flotte landskab på Syd-djurs. Der er masser af aktiviteter for hele familien kun få minutters køretur fra sommerhuset. I vintertiden kan man tænde bålet, pejsen og rulle lærredet ned og se en god film. I foråret og sommer kan man nyde den nybyggede terrasse med en god kop kaffe og lyden af de mange fugle og dyr, som bor i haven. 15 min til Djurs Sommerland 15 min til Mols Bjerge

I vil være tæt på alt, når I (optil 8 pers.) bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. På 5 min. kan I gå til supermarkeder, apotek, sushi, pizzeriaer, specialbutikker, frisører, boldbaner, skaterpark, cafe, læger, tandlæger oma. I bilen, kan i nå Aarhus, Silkeborg og Skanderborg på under 25 min. Og på under en time kan I Legoland, Djurs sommerland, Billund og Aarhus lufthavn, Herning, Vejle, Kolding, Viborg og næsten til Aalborg. Villaen har egen lader til din el-bil. Babyseng til rådighed.

Huset ligger få km fra Århus som er en spændende by med mange attraktioner og gode muligheder for at shoppe eller spise på restaurant. Dette 200 m2 hus tilbyder alt hvad man kan drømme om til en god ferie. Sid i stuen og nyd udsigten til havet, benyt den udendørs spa med samme udsigt, eller gå ned i kælderen og spil billiard eller se en god film.

Man bor desuden i nærheden af Silkeborg midtby, banegården, Asger Jorn museum, Aqua, Silkeborg Bad, indelukket og havnen, samt en mindre køretur fra en af Danmarks bedste golfbaner.

The kitchen opens straight onto your own little garden, the first-floor living room is big and full of light, and there are three cozy bedrooms plus a combined office/kids’ room, two bathrooms and a TV lounge with a sofa bed on the 2nd floor.
