Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Nice & cozy designer flat with balcony 5 min from the railway st. The flat is a newly renovated 2 room apartment (bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, bath 58 m2). It is ultra centrally located (still quiet) & in a very nice and safe neighborhood (Frederiksbjerg)with a lot of cafés, specialty stores & flea-/green markets & parks. - Free bikes (2) to borrow, just let me know before you arrive - Double bed for 2 (160 cm), if more than 2 visitors it will be at a good air mattress in the living room.

Undisturbed and high above the water at the very front of Aarhus docklands. Spectacular views of the bay with beautiful sunrises. Two bedrooms; one double bed and two single beds. Compact living space combining modern kitchen, dining area and lounge. Spacious bathroom. Addictive balcony for coffee in the morning or an evening drink. Private parking in basement. Enjoy the tranquility at home or the vibe in the trendy harbour area, or walk 20 minutes to city centre. Bedding and towels included.

The-køkken med køleskab, elkedel, mikrobølgeovn, tallerkener, kopper og bestik. Lejligheden ligger i underetagen i vores hus og der må forventes lidt støj fra familien. Efter aftale anvender vi måske vaskemaskinen i jeres badeværelse, når I er på tur i byen. Derudover har I lejligheden for jer selv.

Skøn lejlighed i Aarhus C med lille gårdhave

Nyd livet i denne lille hyggelige og helt centralt beliggende oase på Frederiksbjerg. Her er gåafstand til alt - et par minutter til ARoS kunstmuseum og Jægergårdsgade med masser af hyggeligs barer og restauranter og med 10 minutter til banegården, Bruuns Galleri, Strøget og Latinerkvarteret med små hyggelige butikker og restauranter og caféer. Så nyd byens virak og kom hjem og slap af i gårdhaven. Det er en fredelig opgang med kun fem lejligheder og vi tager hensyn til hinanden.
