Καλώς ήρθατε στις " Τρεις χάριτες " στο άνετο ευρύχωρο φωτεινό εξοχικό. Ανήκει σε συγκρότημα 4 στρ. ιδανικό όλες τις εποχές του χρόνου 100μ. από τη θάλασσα με σχεδόν "ιδιωτική" παραλία σκιερή. Πηλιορείτικης αρχιτεκτονικής 45τ.μ ισόγειο με πατάρι και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Prinos I, Seaside House

The Prinos Ι is located at the edge of the Lefokastro next to a sandy beach that you can approach by walk. The house's courtyard consisting of grass and orange trees while overlooking the sea. It is a calm and peaceful place. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with the Prinos II Loft House with a discreet separation and is ideal for couples. The space is also suitable for renting both houses as one, by two friendly couples or a group of friends who are looking for a house with 4 to 5 beds.

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
