Volos Central Studio

Πρόκειται για ένα φωτεινό studio, το οποίο βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο πολυκατοικίας στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, ψυγείο, τηλεόραση και κουζινάκι με όλα τα σκεύη κουζίνας. Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος τόσο για μεμονωμένους επισκέπτες όσο και για ζευγάρια. Απέχει μόλις 3’ λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλιακή οδό του Βόλου, 2’ λεπτά από την κεντρική αγορά (ΕΡΜΟΥ) και έχει εύκολο parking. Ο χώρος είναι ιδανικός για εξορμήσεις στα γραφικά χωριά του Πηλίου όπως Μακρινίτσα, Πορταριά.

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Η Βίλα «Ελένα» βρίσκεται μπροστά στο κύμα, στην παραλία του Αμποβού της Αφήσσου στο Πήλιο Μαγνησίας. The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Thea Summer House

Me and my family are excited to welcome you to our summer apartment! The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island. The apartment is a lovely semi-basement with plenty of space to welcome up to four people and a beautiful garden, just in front of the house, with an incredible view of the sea!
