Two bedroom flat near the sea

The apartment is on the first floor of a building which has a basement, ground floor and the first floor. It is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms with A/C, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. There are many games and books. The flat has underfloor heating. There is all the time hot water. If you want to use the fireplace, you can either bring your own wood or use mine, l charge 5€/basket.

Agria is also a great starting point for hiking, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing at the nearby ski resort between January and March. Apartment 102 is a 30.71 m² bright and cozy apartment in Sola District Volos, located on the  first floor of the building. This unit features a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, including oven, hot stove, kitchenware, glasses, cups, and cooking utilities, as well as a washing machine for convenience.
