The apartment has recently been remodeled to receive travelers, who wish to be in a typical Portuguese neighborhood by the sea, and yet close to the trendy areas of Estoril and Cascais.

The loft it's in city center, located in one of Lisbon's seven hills between Bairro Alto and the charming neighborhood Principe Real and Liberty Avenue, near the shopping district Chiado. Surrounded by restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, theaters, museums, art galeries and viewpoints it's also at 5 to 10 minutes walking of metro station, train stations to the Sintra and Cascais. Like almost old buildings, there is no lift and being the 3rd floor it is not advisable for people with reduced mobility.

It is an ideal apartment for a couple (2 people), that don't mind climbing stairs. Fully equipped apartment with free Wi-Fi. *2025 Update* The City Hall as granted Rooftop Carmo, which Is a Bar/Restaurant across the street a Loud Sound Permit. Ear plugs will be provided. Torre Branca Apartment is situated in the small, quiet village of Torre, Salir de Matos, Silver Coast, only 50 minutes from Lisbon. It is a completely self contained, comfortable space with it's own entrance. Every window and both terraces have beautiful country views overlooking orchards and forest. It is quiet and serene and yet within walking distance to a lively cafe which serves excellent meals. It is 15 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the lovely town of Caldas da Rainha.
