Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit sehr guter Anbindung: Die S-Bahn ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und führt direkt zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Innenstadt und Hafen sind mit dem Auto in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind nicht auf dem Grundstück, aber direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos und zeitlich unbegrenzt auf dem Rondell verfügbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, ein Park, Spielplatz und See sind ganz in der Nähe. Freuen uns auf Euren Besuch :-)

Wir haben uns viel Mühe gegeben um dir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Studio liegt im UG des Hauses und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Einbauküche, Tisch mit 2 bequemen Stühlen sowie ein eigenes Duschbad. On the generous terrace with seating area, you can relax beautifully. A fully equipped kitchen is available for use if needed.

The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.
