Hazel Lodge is new to Sam’s Derbyshire cottage. This beautiful lodge is set on a working farm between south wingfield and crich. The lodge has 2 bedrooms 1 double and twin rooms, the bathroom is spacious with a shower over the bath. The open plan living kitchen and dinning area is great for entertaining with a 40” smart tv. The hot tub is very private with looks down the valley great for star gazing! There is a big decking area with table and chairs for long nights sat outside.

A spacious property built in 1840 for the Station Master of the Midland Railway, the house has been well equipped for the larger party. This large property enjoys views over the Derwent Valley. Woodside has a private rear terrace perfect for outdoor dining with the inbuilt BBQ and outdoor seating. It makes a fine base for touring the Peak District and located close to the train line a short ride away from many attractions.

Traditional Mill cottage built in 1795 in the Derwent Valley World Heritage Site. Pubs, restaurants, country walks and the train all under 10 minute walk away. A perfect place to have a relaxing break. Feel like you've stepped back in time. No need for a car due to its easy accessibility. Easy access to Chatsworth, Matlock, Bakewell, Heights of Abraham and many other attractions.

Relax in this spacious home, set over 3 floors there is plenty of room for families, couples or even work colleagues Nottingham and Derby city are close but if you prefer the countryside and wonderful walks we are close to the peak district, with matlock only 12 miles away and the stunning Chatsworth house only 20 miles away.

Sunnyside is a 2 bedroomed semi-detached bungalow which has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished to create a splendid holiday retreat. Its open plan lounge and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and lovely bathroom make her a super cottage to return to after a hard day's holidaying in the Peak District.
