Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

Our garden house is perfect for anyone who wants to stay close to the town of Agios Nikolaos (approx. 10 minutes driving distance) and have easy access to the sightseeing spots of the area.
