This is a spacious open floor plan house - 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus office. There is a gated courtyard and elevated coffee sipping, cocktail enjoying, yoga deck. Safe, secure, private. Located 250m South of Punta Aposentillo and 250m north of the world class surf break ‘the boom'. The property is in a gated community. There is an onsite caretaker to help with anything you need. He also does ding repair and shoots photos/videos if you need! His wife is a massage therapist too!
