This bespoke timber frame building was specifically designed for the holiday market.  Imagine a sumptuous high-end hotel suite glazed on two sides.  Then include a well-equipped fitted kitchen, add on an attached covered deck with semi sunken Hot Tub.  Place inside a private garden with tended lawn, climbing roses and wildflower area.  Throw in a handmade slate alfresco dining set and brick built charcoal grill.   Then raise it up to maximise the 180 degrees of uninterrupted country side views.

Surridge Cottage - Peaceful retreat

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Yonder View Luxury Container

Yonder View is a bespoke modern shipping container conversion. Externally it may appear industrial and sleek, but inside you will find a contemporary, cosy, fully equipped bolt-hole. The garden is fully enclosed and in front of the container is your fire pit and seating area, where you can unwind, relax and enjoy those incredible views over Yonder! A wood fired hot tub can be added as an extra (£75 for short stays) to your booking - the perfect spot for a glass of fizz at the end of your day.

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. The two bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes log burner, Smart TV and a well equipped kitchen comprising oven and grill, induction hob and fridge. Tucked away with private access there is ample street parking for multiple vehicles. A short walk from the town center and the stunning Wellington basins it’s a great base for exploring.
