This home has been rebuilt and updated since hurricane Harvey so everything is fresh and new with lots of unique touches! This home is about 5 minutes away from the ferry to Port Aransas and the beach. Rockport Beach is a quick 15 minute drive and Corpus Christi is under 30 minutes away! Perfect area for fishing and boating! No pets.

A short drive to Conn Brown Harbor, Rockport and Port Aransas Beaches. 1700 + sq ft, 3 Bedrooms plus a sleepable Sun Room, 2 Baths, and screened in porch. Sleeps 6. Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

However, we kept the charm of the original cottages, leaving the teak wood floors, stained glass and original doors.
