A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. Die gemütliche 2 Schlafzimmer Ferienwohnung wurde gerade (05/24) komplett renoviert. Sie ist in der obersten (9.) Etage und hat vom Haupt-Schlafzimmer und dem Balkon einen fantastischen Blick auf den Strand und den Fischerhafen. Im 2. Schlafzimmer sind 2 Einzel-Betten. Das Apartment bietet alles was Sie für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigen: Küche mit Backofen und Induktionsfeld, Waschmaschine, 2 x Smart TV, WIFI. Viel Stauraum für längere Aufenthalte. Das Apartment wurde komplett (05/24) renoviert: Neue Küche, neues Bad mit walk in Dusche, Möbel und Schränke. Wenn Sie ein Babybett benötigen geben Sie uns bitte rechtzeitig Bescheid. Viel Stauraum in den Einbauschränken ind beiden Schlafzimmern, falls Sie einen längeren Aufenthalt planen. Hier triffst du auf ein entspanntes und gepflegtes Publikum internationaler Badegäste. Ein kurzer Spaziergang und du bist am Sandstrand Playa de Patalavaca. Er besteht aus zwei Buchten, die von einem kleinen Steinplateau geteilt werden. Neben Paaren und Singles in der Ferienzeit auch Familien mit kleinen Kindern wohlfühlen. Auf der rechten Seite wird er von einer kleinen Insel begrenzt, die dank der vielen Pflanzen in sattem Grün erstrahlt. Dahinter befindet sich der Jachthafen. Auf der anderen Seite endet der Strand mit einer Mole. Wassersport, wohin das Auge reicht: Sportfans kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Spezielle Paketangebote machen diese Aktivitäten auch mit schmalem Portemonnaie möglich. Für Meerestierfans besteht die Möglichkeit im benachbarten Jachthafen eine Whale Watching Tour zu buchen oder auf Delfinsuche zu gehen. Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín.
