Your stay will in be in a quiet space facing our private backyard. Located within a shared family home. You will have one of the bedrooms, access to the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The second bedroom is just above you and is occupied by the us. Our location is on Astoria Park South, two blocks from east river and it's amazing city views, a short walk to both the NYC Ferry Astoria stop and Subway Astoria Blvd stop on the N, W train lines. We are conveniently located around the corner from NY Subway trains to New York City(Manhattan) Brooklyn ,Bronx and other connections to buses to New Jersey PA and Staten Island. 15 to 20 minutes to reach midtown Manhattan. Host will be present during your stay.

The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!
