This converted monks' hermitage is a modern twist on country living in Abruzzo. With vaulted ceilings and a beautiful courtyard, this cozy place has history and style. Located between the mountains and sea, we are only 5 minutes from the historical Atri centre, 15 minutes to the famous Pineto beach, 10 minutes to Silvi beaches, 40 minutes to the mountains, 30 minutes from Pescara centrale and Pescara airport. Next door is a famous neighbourhood pizzeria, full of locals any day of the week.

Brand new two-room apartment in a prestigious building with excellent finishes. The location is strategic, adjacent to the motorway junction, convenient for the airport (about 20 minutes by bus), it is 250 m from the center and 1000m from the sea where there are beach establishments. The apartment is finely furnished with kitchen and all comforts. There is a double bedroom and there is also the possibility of two more beds in the living room on a comfortable sofa. I parcheggi (non a pagamento) sono posizionati vicino all´immobile. Ideale anche per chi volesse andare al mare (raggiungibile in 30 minuti circa).
