Nestled in a serene park like setting this charming one room bungalow offers a peaceful retreat from a busy world! Paradise park is located on about 1/2 acre with lots of trees, flowers, paths for walking, seating areas for relaxing and its own river, pond and water wheel! Bamboo Bungalow consists of one room with a queen bed and a bathroom. There is also a separate laundry room and kitchen/dining area. A second one bedroom unit is also available on the property named Water Wheel Cottage.

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.

Home is about an hour and half drive from Yosemite. A few local points of interest include Knights Ferry covered bridge, and Fresno County blossom trail and panorama trail.

Located in a quiet, tree lined residential neighborhood. It’s fully furnished, loaded with amenities...from appliances, kitchenware and condiments to personal care items. Comfortably hosts 1-2 adults, featuring a queen size bed with memory foam mattress.

The Cottage on Central

Come enjoy peaceful country living in the beautiful Central Valley. Our recently completed tiny home is located behind our main house, but is outside the main yard so you will have privacy. The cottage is surrounded by dirt at the moment, but we have plans for some beautiful landscaping in the near future. The cottage is 1/2 mile off Highway 99 and just a few miles from Atwater’s plentiful shopping and restaurants.
