Situated just 20 minutes from Bright, this masterpiece of Australian landscape is cradled by mountains, Happy Valley Creek and 20 acres of delightful farmland. Take a verandah seat to watch the morning mist quietly rise. Observe the abundant wildlife who are happy to call Oro home, or be intoxicated by the afternoon ‘golden hour’. Kick back and relax in this pet friendly, peaceful & stylish space. 2 bedroom home with queen beds, a double bed and leather couch - should you need an extra bed. The home has a massive outdoor dining area with fire pit & BBQ. Inside is a split system for heating/cooling and a coonara fireplace for cold, wintry weather. Firewood can usually be purchased from the Bonnie Doon service station. Views from every window, a 10 minute drive to the local pub (dogs welcome) and lake. Come and enjoy!

A queen bed in the main, single beds in the second bedroom and fold out couch in the lounge can sleep up to 6 guests. Full kitchen including oven, hot plates, microwave and fridge you can cook up a storm! Fitted with reverse cycle air conditioner you will be comfortable all year round whatever the weather.

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
