Our cosy three bedroom house is right in the heart of the historic town Barnstaple. It is tucked within a small, residential cul-de-sac with free parking outside. A 5 minute stroll away is our high street: there are lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A fifteen minute drive can take you to any one of our famous beaches: Instow, Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe to name a few. This holiday home is in the perfect location to explore the best of North Devon!

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Recycling bins are outside to the side of the large black dustbins . Separate containers for paper/cardboard. Glass and plastic.
