Our cosy three bedroom house is right in the heart of the historic town Barnstaple. It is tucked within a small, residential cul-de-sac with free parking outside. A 5 minute stroll away is our high street: there are lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A fifteen minute drive can take you to any one of our famous beaches: Instow, Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe to name a few. This holiday home is in the perfect location to explore the best of North Devon!

In the garden of a Georgian Wing Cosy and well decorated with original features and use of the shared garden with fast broadband mbps. Free parking on road.

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Rural retreat above the river Taw and Tarka Trail

The apartment at Panorama is quiet, spacious and light overlooking the river from the ridge. Only 10 minute's drive from Barnstaple and 20 from Ilfracombe, with beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough, too. The apartment is a mile from the Tarka Trail (the most popular cycle route in the country). It is set in lovely grounds with a private balcony and a comfortable living area (sofa, armchairs and a large TV). The kitchen and dining area has an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher.

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! There are cycle and footpaths at the end of the road giving off road access to the Tarka Trail.
