The Outhouse - Ground Floor Studio (Entire place)

The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

This newly renovated ground floor one bedroom annexe is situated in the heart of the National Forest on Moira Road in Shellbrook, a hamlet within the area of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire. With country walks on the doorstep and only a 20-minute walk into the old market town of Ashby, provides an idyllic place for walkers, cyclists, and business travellers. Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

The Green Room, whether you are here for pleasure or work, you may come and go at ease with your own private access and outside stairs into your own sunken garden. Our light and airy basement bedroom with kitchenette, fridge, microwave and coffee machine, has a spacious dining space doubling as a tranquil desk and private ensuite bathroom. When the weather is kind enjoy your own sunken garden with outdoor dining space and lighting. Kick back, relax and unwind in this calm, stylish Green space.

Escape to the South Derbyshire market town of Melbourne with a stay at our cosy 3 bedroom cottage. Surrounded by historic landmarks such as Melbourne Hall, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold Reservoir. Enjoy morning walks along scenic country trails, afternoon visits to nearby stately homes and evenings relaxing in the cottage or in one of the many local restaurants that are all within a few minutes walk. The cottage has recently been fully refurbished and is decorated to a very high standard.

It is within two minutes' walk of the essential facilities of Melbourne, and only five minutes walk away from the surrounding countryside. The house is spacious, warm and sunny, and opens onto its own attractive and private rear garden. Melbourne is a vibrant little town with plenty of history and culture, offering lots to see and do in the area, and in good walking country.

Serene and calm, yet conveniently situated near EMA, Melbourne, Donington race track, and the Breedon Spa. This stylish house features three bedrooms, two en-suites, and one bathroom, along with a lovely outdoor area that includes a hot tub and seating. The property boasts two reception rooms; one is equipped with a large log burner, the other offers picturesque views of the countryside, featuring an eight-seater table and a sofa bed. Parking is available for a maximum of three vehicles.

Located across the River Derwent from The West Mill and River Mill venues, the cottage provides the perfect spot for guests seeking a peaceful night after a day of celebrations. NB: The bridge to the mills is currently closed, so access is via alternative routes.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.
