Downstairs features an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, bathroom and second living area which is furnished with a sofa bed. The kitchen area is modern and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen flows into a courtyard area out the back for guests to enjoy. Upstairs is the master bedroom furnished with a queen bed. Public transport is only a few steps away on nearby Sandy Bay Road. The Metro Tasmania bus network runs regular services into the city and down towards the Sandy Bay University campus. Taxis and Uber are also reliable in Hobart and will cost under $10 into the CBD/Salamanca and wharf precinct.
