This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. This condo is fully furnished w/ a stackable washer & dryer, open concept from dining area to living room. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed w/ coastal decor, flat screen TV. There is a private entrance/exit through the sliding door to the patio area that overlooks the bay! The second bedroom has 2 twin beds & a flat screen TV & lots of closet space & view of the bay. The living room has pull out queen couch, flat screen TV, and walk out to the patio through the sliding doors.

Life's a Beach is a newly remodeled 2 BR/2BA condo with stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. This is a 2nd floor unit that comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds. There is also a sleeper sofa that will accommodate an additional 1-2 guests. The complex is located at 1129 11th Street, within the golf cart district, and is convenient to lots of shopping and dining options. There is also a large pool, play area for kids and walking path to the beach.

It is not. To get to the water, you must drive. There is no water access from the house. I can’t get Airbnb to correct this. Please do not book if you are expecting to walk to beach. *****
