Barsham Old Hall Cowshed

The Old Hall Cow Shed is located on an idyllic organic smallholding surrounded by woodland in the beautiful Broads National Park. It is ideal for a family break, for small groups of cyclists or walkers or for a quiet break for a couple. It is fully equipped but does NOT have a TV. There are games, books, music, fresh air and an amazing pub just 15 minutes walk across the marshes. The accommodation has solar PV, solar water heating, a wood burning stove and is insulated with sheep's wool.

Additionally, it offers easy access to the town center, making strolls to the heart of Beccles a brief and enjoyable experience. With its location and amenities, the cottage is perfect for those seeking to venture into the picturesque countryside of Suffolk and Norfolk.

A beautiful 17th-century cottage in the heart of Beccles, offering historic charm and modern comfort. The recently renovated property has been designed to a high standard and features a cozy lounge with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. Nestled in the scenic Waveney Valley, explore the charming town, enjoy the Suffolk countryside, the Norfolk Broads, and scenic coastal towns. One well-behaved dog is welcome for a small fee (please add a pet to your booking).

Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

Dog friendly studio annexe in Beccles (dogs not to be left on their own). Double bed & sofa bed for lone travellers, couples & young families (not suitable for groups). Built summer 2023. On drive parking, WiFi & private courtyard - stylish and comfortable getaway 😊 Walk to town centre in 10mins, local pub in 3mins, outside swimming pool & River Waveney in 15mins & just 5mins to children's park, dog exercise area and Countryside. Nearest beach 15min drive. Great location for exploring!

Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

INGLOSS-SKIES is a luxury one bedroom barn for 2 adults set in the Norfolk Countryside with far reaching 360 degree rural views. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Set behind our home via a shared side road, this cozy studio annex is just a 10 minute walk to Pakefield beach, with shops & supermarkets right across the street. Relax in your private garden with seating and a Lay-Z-Spa (Toronto) hot tub. Includes private parking for up to 2 cars. Pet friendly (£10 fee). A travel cot & small camp bed are available on request. Your perfect coastal getaway!

Quirky Hideaway - no hidden extra charges!

Beautiful hideaway in rural Norfolk, on the edge of the Broads within the picturesque Waveney Valley. The cart lodge has everything you could need for a relaxed stay in the countryside. With its own front door, kitchen/dining room, bedroom/lounge and toilet/shower room. This accommodation is not suitable for children. We also have a small campsite on site.
