Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

The Nook at Newalls- luxury shepherd’s hut

Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in its own private meadow, enjoying far reaching views of the fells. Choose to hunker down in the hut with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore Kendal and the beautiful Lake District National Park. The Annex; idyllic getaway for fell walking

A self contained studio annexe within our family home just on the outskirts of Sedbergh. You will have your own entrance and use of an outside space with table and chairs. The parking area provides direct access into the annex with a full kitchen, with a compact dining table with chairs and shower room. A king size bed for your comfort with a comfortable chair to relax in. There is underfloor heating throughout and an electric towel rail in the bathroom. A welcome pack is provided.

This fabulous detached cottage in the idillic Lune valley with a large beautifully kept garden with BBQ & outdoor seating & dining table. One of the four bedrooms & one of two bathrooms are on the ground floor. Private off the road parking for two cars alongside.
