South Lakeland family house in the village of Milnthorpe set at the top of the Morecambe Bay with easy access to the Lake District National Park only 10 mins away and 20 mins to Lake Windermere. The village has a good selection of grocery shops, take away food, cafes and 2 pubs. The local park is home to a herd of Fallow deer where you can walk by the river and view of the Lakeland hills. Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve (10mins) and outdoor activities. Perfect for families, groups and couples.

Hilderstone Stable

Nestling in a quiet rural setting Hilderstone Stable was converted recently into a contemporary high quality 2 bed cottage. 5 mins north of J35 M6. This cottage is ideally located for exploring the Lake District, Arnside/Silverdale AONB, Leighton Moss and Yorkshire Dales. The settlement of Hilderstone can be traced back to the 13th century. The barn was built originally in c1750. There is still a working farm as part of the 200 acre Hilderstone Farm. A great base for outdoor activities.

Sizergh Castle, Levens Hall and other amenities are close by. Local walks and easy access by car to the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the Silverdale and Arnside AONB.

Church View Cottage, Beetham

Nestled within the picturesque village of Beetham, Church View Cottage is a beautifully renovated former alehouse dated late 1700. The historic Cumbria village of Beetham stands at the northern edge of the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage provides a unique holiday retreat on the outskirts of the stunning Lake District World Heritage Site, the Yorkshire Dales and also within easy reach of Leighton Moss and Foulshaw Moss Nature Reserves.

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

The Snug, Kirkby Lonsdale

This is a well appointed cosy one bedroom annex, with ensuite shower and bathroom, situated off the main square of the beautiful town of Kirkby Lonsdale. Includes free broadband WiFi, SmartTv with Netflix, fridge, microwave, tea / coffee facilities, shower condiments, towels, hair dryer, mugs, wine glasses, plates, cutlery. Convenient 1pm check in for lunch. The room has an airy, calm appeal which offers a tranquil retreat after the day.

Seaview a cosy cottage (AONB) Nr The Lake District

Please note as of April 2024 only 2 rooms sleeping 4 will be available. Beautiful Traditional Cottage Recently refurbished by new owners! Set in the small peaceful village of Storth (AONB) by the tidal river Kent Estuary, on the edge of the Lake District National Park. The Cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodlands or just walk a few hundred yards out of the door and you can walk for miles along the beach.
