Upstairs has a master bedroom with a queen and a bathroom with tub and shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with a twin, the other with a full. Sharing bathroom. The basement room has a queen bed and a king sofa pullout in the entertainment room. Another full bath is here. The first floor study has a full sofa bed. We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.

This home has everything you need to enjoy the lake during the summer, ski slopes in the winter. Completely remodeled kitchen, a huge living room, 4 spacious bedrooms, total of 2000sqft living space. Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.

Spacious 2nd floor apartment with private entrance, full kitchen, living room and screened in porch in quiet, safe neighborhood, 3 blocks from downtown shops and restaurants, and one block to Lake Winnisquam. More space is available to accommodate up to 4 guests occupying the entire 2nd floor which would add a bedroom with a double bed and a large room with a pull out sofa. There is a $15.00 charge per night for each extra guest.
