The Shophouse A Sweet Studio in Nob Hill

Welcome to our quiet studio, in a nice neighborhood, centrally located in Nob Hill. It's a 5-10 minute walk to eclectic shopping, dining and entertainment. It's a 4-5 minute drive to UNM, Pope Joy Hall, CNM; 12-15 minute drive to Old Town, Albuquerque BioPark, Museums; 4 minutes to I-25 and 7 minutes to the airport! The space was recently a workshop for furniture building; before that, a carport! We've had so much fun creating a living space from this old garage. It's a pleasure to share it!

Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

Casita Azul is a cozy studio guesthouse perfect for solo travelers, couples, or traveling nurses. Enjoy your own private space with a comfy bed, bathroom, and kitchenette. Conveniently located near downtown Albuquerque, hospitals, restaurants, and local breweries, this casita offers both comfort and charm, a quiet retreat close to everything you need. The kitchen includes a fridge, sink, stovetop, and toaster oven, perfect for light to full meals (please note, no full size oven).

Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

Beautiful vega ceilings, bright natural light, and a large yard with seating to enjoy fresh air and sun. Close to I-40 for easy access to anywhere in the city. This modern southwest casita sits snuggly on our 1923 historic adobe property blending olde materials and modern amenities. Artist constructed; it brings a modern twist to your Albuquerque adventure. Casita is Spanish for little home, and this casita is entirely a home. Enjoy pristine nature in our off grid, 1bd attached apartment, nestled high in the mountains on a private road, surrounded by pinon and city views. Hiking paths start out the back door, yet all the fun of Albuquerque is only 20 minutes away.
