The architect designed beach house offers an expansive, light, open plan living space opening onto a large north facing deck. Two bedrooms with queen size beds overlook the secluded garden and adjoin a modern bathroom complete with bath. Facilities include: gourmet kitchen with complimentry pantry stocked with great supply of cooking goodies. Internet, TV, DVD, ipod dock, eclectic library of books films , music & magazines. Bedroom & bathroom linen, bathroom supplies. Original artwork and bespoke & collectable furniture. Art studio with materials to play with. Less than a 5 minute walk to Baileys Beach, close to the mountain bike trails of Bay of Fires (10min) and St Helens (20min). The Bay of Fires Bush Retreat is set amongst a beautiful bush setting, close to the stunning Bay of Fires beaches, and only 2.5km from the Binalong Bay township, and 8km from St Helens. The Bush Retreat has a fully equipped kitchen ready for guests to use at their leisure, or for those who would prefer to take a more relaxed option, we have our Platter Bar and pre-prepared meals made by our in-house chefs, as well as our Bush Retreat Breakfast $25pp that can be pre-booked prior to arrival.

A peaceful place to relax after exploring the beautiful Bay of Fires area, swimming, surfing, walking or mountain biking on nearby tracks. The Shack on the Hill has beautiful views across forest reserves. Keep an eye out for the amazing birdlife including parrots, cockatoos, robins, blue wrens and Sea Eagles cruising past. The cottage has a large open plan kitchen/dining and living area and a large covered deck for outdoor dining and perfect for coffee in the morning sun.
