The living room/kitchenette withg gaz stove is on the ground floor (tiles) on the 1st floor is the carpeted bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Fantastic view on the lake and Alps. Separate entrance, access to the garden. Outdoor furniture. Included tourist tax , Montreux card, Wifi, parking, etc. Possibility to lodge a 3rd person, preferably a family member. Flat not suitable for small children.

The house has been decorated and equipped to a high standard and is an ideal property to explore the Swiss Riviera.

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

Situé dans une ancienne grange entièrement rénovée, vous apprécierez mon logement pour sa situation unique. Au milieu du vieux village de Brent sur la commune de Montreux, bordé par une rivière, vous serez à 3 min de l'autoroute (aucune nuisance) et à 7 min du lac en voiture. Le studio est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.
